3) Choose Dual SIM settings,
4) Hit SIM1 or SIM2 and select Mobile networks,

In fact, there are various ways to identify if 3G function is available on ZTE AxonElite or not. But these two most popular ways are working on both iOS and Android operating systems:
Way-1
On the top of your ZTE Axon Elite screen there will be a small icon refer to 3G.

Way-2
Follow these steps to identify if your ZTE AxonElite 3G:
1) Dial *#06# on your phone to display ZTE Axon Elite IMEI number.
2) Explore www.imei.info, write your IMEI number and choose Check.
3) You’ll see a report. Look at the LTE section – it will display all the frequencies that supported by your phone. 3G service works on the 2100MHz frequency, so if you see the number 2100, then your ZTE Axon Elite is 3G compatible.

What is LTE?
Long-Term Evolution (LTE) is a standard for wireless broadband communication used for handhelds devices and data terminals. Its frequencies as following:
3G connections: 900 MHz and 2100 MHz (band 1 and 39).
4G networks: 800 MHz (band 20), 1800 MHz and 2600 MHz (band 7 and 38).
5G networks: 700 MHz (band 28) and 3500 MHz (band 78).

Note: LTE Option in mobiles settings generally refers to 4G connections.
